Deborah Beauvais is nutrition director for Gates-Chili and East Rochester school districts. She is also the president of the New York School Nutrition Association.

Tami Best is worksite wellness coordinator for Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency. She also writes a nutrition column for the Democrat and Chronicle Media Group.

Dr. Stephen Cook is a pediatrician at Golisano Children's Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is chairman of The Obesity Society and is on the faculty at URMC.

Mike Speranza is a corporate executive chef for Custom Culinary. In 2010, he was invited to the White House for the kickoff of First Lady Michelle Obama’s Chefs Move to Schools program. In 2011 he was named Chef of the Year by the Rochester chapter of the American Culinary Federation.

Laura Villanti is founder of At Home with Wellness, which provides consultation and education in digestive health and wellness. She is a certified GAPS practitioner (Gut and Psychology Syndrome). She is also a certified healing specialist and the Rochester chapter leader for the Weston A Price Foundation.

Dionne Woodley is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietitic Nutritionist at the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition program at Anthony L. Jordan Health Center.
