And We're Off

We'll start the game off this first week with some of the basics. Building strength and understanding the body and what goes into building it to be healthier.

Here's the challenge: When you're watching TV at night or brushing your teeth in the morning, do it while marching in place. Knees up! Make sure you are logged in so you can earn points for your effort!
