Fruits and Vegetables
Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables? Probably not. Government dietary guidelines recommend children over 6 and teen girls have about 4 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruits per day (slightly more for teen boys).
A challenge: The next time you're in the grocery store, find a unique fruit or vegetable and quiz your parent on its name.
